Dominique Charleux-Larvor | France

Dr Dominique Charleux-Larvor Dominique
I am Dr. Dominique Charleux-Larvor, a Mindfulness Meditation Instructor.
I have practiced medicine for over 38 years. During these years, I have become aware of the impact of all difficult life situations on people's health. I have chosen to broaden my scope of expertise to offer my patients, caregivers, and everyone else complementary resources to improve their health and well-being. I have become a Meditation Instructor and also a Relational Psychosomatic Therapist and Relational Communication Trainer.
I trained at the I.M.A. in 2020 (https://ima-formation-mbsr.fr/), listed on the AFEM website (https://afem-mindfulness.org/) for the MBSR (stress reduction) and MBCL (living with heart) cycles, and with Florence Meleo-Meyer and Phyllis K. Hicks for the IMP cycle in 2023: Interpersonal Meditation Practices, supervised by Sandrine Rauter and Alexandre Castanheira. There is a progression in the meditative process that allows you to reconnect with your body and feelings, and to learn to recognize thoughts and moods, and to have a clearer awareness of yourself and your environment. It's about discovering Self-awareness moment by moment; this is what we train for on the cushion.
Then, how can we be present to ourselves without losing ourselves in what emerges with others, so that we can be at ease with ourselves and with others, whatever arises, unconditionally? This is what the practice of interpersonal meditation has brought me, and what I wish to share. This art of relating is a source of joy and wisdom: it allows us to both know ourselves better and choose to transform the openness of the heart into a sense of kindness: wanting good for ourselves and for others.
I am continually supported in this process by maintaining my personal practice, attending annual Conscious Dialogue retreats and Vipassana retreats with the guidance of Charles and Patricia Genoud. Other resources have illuminated my path, including the supervision of an MBSR cycle with Claude Maskens in 2025, and the discovery of Contemplative Psychology under the guidance of Sylvie Deraime and Barbara Martens.
The path is taken step by step, enriched by our curiosity, and I will be delighted to accompany you on it.
I offer in-person IMP courses in French in Compiègne, Oise.
I offer remote courses via Zoom.
I can also teach in other locations for groups in Paris, for example.

LOT HEIJKE
Insight Dialogue is one of the deepest practices I know. Its powerful form brings a deeper understanding of how we relate to the world and to others around us. I was trained to teach IMP by Phyllis and Florence and participated in the Insight Dialogue teacher cohort. I have been teaching IMP and other Insight Dialogue formats since 2013. It is a joy to share this method, which touches people in such a profound way.
I offer the original 8-week IMP, as well as 6-week introductory programs and practice days. I teach in Dutch, English and German, online and in-person in different countries. All offerings: www.lotheijke.com.
Apart from teaching, I also participate in different practice groups. I find the practice supports my work as an MBSR teacher, trainer and supervisor.

Corinne Mestais| France
Corinne Mestais
I've been practicing Zen meditation and Kinomichi—a moving meditation with partners—since 1983.
I am an engineer and clinical psychologist, and have devoted my entire professional life to researching new technologies for health. I was a research director at the French Atomic EnergyCommission for the last 10 years of my career.
Now, what drives me is to share and pass on the lessons, discoveries, and gems I have discovered throughout these 38 years, and what they bring to improve one's life.
I discovered the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program while completing the University Diploma in Medicine, Meditation, and Neuroscience in Strasbourg in 2016-2017, and completed the intensive instructor training at the ADM. I have been teaching the MBSR program in person and online since 2019.
I then discovered the IMP program, which deeply touched me with the depth of the exchanges made possible by Gregory Kramer's Conscious Dialogue guidance. I am part of the first class of instructors trained in France by Phyllis Hicks and Florence Meleo-Meyer.
I teach in person in France (Grenoble – Grésivaudan) and on line with Zoom.

Thomas Zaussinger | Austria
I am an MBSR teacher and a teacher of Interpersonal Mindfulness (IMP).
For many years, I’ve explored how mindfulness can be lived in everyday life—through relationship and silence.
Vipassana and Ashtanga yoga have become integral parts of my life on this path.
I also love to experience mindfulness in motion—especially through Contact Improvisation, where it unfolds in an immediate, relational, and deeply connectedway.
Encountering Insight Dialogue was a turning point in my life.
Gregory Kramer, along with Phyllis Hicks and Florence Meleo-Meyer—who also guided my training—have deeply enriched me as a person and as a mindfulness teacher through their wisdom and presence.
I teach IMP exclusively in person in Vienna and occasionally offer practice groups for graduates.
