I draw on a number of experiential approaches to therapy including Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Alliance-Focused Training. I work in a private practice in Oxford in the UK (www.headingtonpsychotherapy.co.uk) and am especially interested in the relational intersection of mindfulness and psychotherapy.
